  The food 2pc or 3pc have been generally good since multiple time visits. However, they suddenly stopped accepting AMEX card.
  
  I was annoyed because my major cards are American Express and they caused inconvenience to me. I guess the reason for rejecting AMEX because of the high transaction fees.

  I have tried and tried again to go to this place when their specials come up.  They either dont offer the special at their location or they dont have it in stock.  workers are blunt and rude.  It always seems like a bait and switch scheme to get you in for some cheap chicken only to walk out paying 13 bucks for a meal that isn't satisfying

  Came an hour and 15 minutes before closing time and the person at the drive thru, who could barley speak English, told me "we're about to close". On top of that, every time I asked to order something she would say "we are out of that" including chicken... she was also speaking Spanish and laughing .. super rude and clearly thought this was all a joke.

  It's a little hidden from the rest of the food court restaurants.  I wouldn't have noticed if not for a huge logo on the corner.  For about $12 we were able to get 4 assorted pieces of chicken with biscuits and a side of fries.  There was barely any line and the food came out fast.  The employees were friendly.  Great for a fast and hearty meal.

  I'll agree with the average of the other reviews. The chicken tenders were sub par.   The batter base  tasted like tempura.
